Kia ora, and welcome to the New CoreNet Global Chapter website we are delighted you have chosen to visit us and learn more about Corporate Real Estate in general and our chapter in particular. This site is bulging with relevant information including links to the Knowledge Centre and other useful sites.

We are a relatively new Chapter representing Corporate Real Estate in this country of 4 million people. However, while we are small, we are mighty – evidenced by the rapid growth of our chapter, our extraordinary successful Symposiums held in 2006 and 2007 and our second placing behind the huge New York chapter in the 2007 annual global Chapter awards.

Of course our success wouldn’t have been possible without the generous support of our sponsors to whom we are extremely grateful. Our sponsors provide the funding necessary to maintain a healthy chapter and in return we do all we can to provide them with the value they require from their sponsorship packages.

The other essential ingredient in any successful chapter is the hard working executive committee. Our executive are all committed to bringing members the best possible learning and networking experience by way of our Annual Symposium, our monthly forum events and access to the comprehensive information available to members via the Knowledge Centre. Next years Symposium will be held on 8 April 2008 at the Telstra Events Centre in lovely ManukauCity. The theme is Leading Sustainable Business through Corporate Real Estate and with a powerful line up of international and local presenters with compelling topics, we just know this will be an extremely successful learning experience and overall event.
